Apple Watch screenshot sizes don’t match

Apple requires you to use the same Apple Watch screenshot size consistently across all localizations of an app. Pick one of the six watch sizes, such as 422 × 514 or 416 × 496, and re-export every language at it.

You’ll see this when…

  • Some languages were captured on a different watch model.
  • App Store Connect flags the Watch screenshots in one localization.

How to fix it

  1. Choose one size (the newest watch you support is a good default).
  2. Recapture or resize every localization to it.
  3. Upload all localizations again.
